This is ideal for those new to the Country and does not have credit card or checking account yet.

To get one of this “pre-paid credit card”, go to any Longs Drug Store near you. Some Walmart has pre-paid credit card as well. Simply go to the store and inquire if they have it. Any store that offers pre-paid credit card is acceptable for this process.

How does the card work? You simply buy the card for a specific amount. Once that amount is used up, you can reload it or buy a new one. Just make sure to use a reloadable card when using for this service to avoid interruption of your service.
