MANAGEMENT AND STAFF
The office of AUMSI is manned at the helm by Managers and Supervisors amply exposed and experienced in all exacting process of sourcing, processing and deployment of Filipino workers for various jobs overseas. All the staffs and Engineers are honed in pre-screening, testing (verbal and written) the applicants. Character and work attitude are given weight prior to endorsing the candidate/s for final Employer\'s interview and prior to finally deploying the worker. This is to ensure that the worker will not cause problem in the worksite. Actual trade testing for highly skilled categories are conducted in the presence of the Employer/Representative.

OFFICE FACILITIES
AUMSI\'s main office has about 10 fully furnished interview rooms and 3 huge orientation/video/classrooms all air conditioned. All the staff are honed in pre-screening and selection that includes thorough interviews, psychological and trade test prior to our Employers or their representative final selection.

The AUMSI office takes pride in its possession of modern office equipment, furniture and modern communication and training facilities, enabling it to gain easy, quick access and response to clients inquiries and business calls. An almost 24 - hour on - call operation is a distinguishing factor.

From 1980 todate, records show we have deployed more than 50,000 workers abroad, the biggest volumes are in 1999 and 2002-2004 where we deployed close to 2000 in one (1) year. Out of 1,200 agencies, this brought us to top 3 in Taiwan deployment and top 7 for deployment worldwide. In 2002, POEA awarded us the recognition of being a PIONEER and of GOOD STANDING RECORDS agency.
